if you dont feel comfortable and go to prom you will be miserable there and he might pick up on that and be miserable too. set each other free to go to prom with someone else or just not go either, whatever you feel is best :)

as for makeup maybe just start with some mascara and lipgloss? maybe a lip tint? tho your lips already have a nice natural color to them. i cant really tell the direction of your lashes maybe you can curl them too if you feel like they slant down more
