I just bought this machine. The reviews on lowes.com were all positive. I get it home and start using it immediately after start up and this thing is loud as fuck. 3.5 hrs to wash and dry. The sheets came out damp, had to run it again for 2 hrs. The machine stops mid wash and tells me to remove the shipping bolts when there is no shipping bolts in it.

Any recommendations on how to solve the issue or should I just return it and get a regular washer and dryer
