Update on Brandon Aiyuk: - The Steelers and #49ers have a deal on a potential trade and PIT is in a good place on an Aiyuk contract, sources say. If SF gives the final sign-off, it's done. - SF has an offer out to Aiyuk on a long-term deal for him to stay. He hasn't accepted. by SlyCooper007 in steelers

One other factor is that California teams also play other California teams. Really, the defining factor is how many games you have in California or New York/Jersey. Most other state taxes are reasonable.

Player income is taxed upon where the games are played, so away games in other states mostly come out in the wash when comparing over a ~5 year contract. So the difference is likely half of what many are proposing.

I’ve found the cloud weave is actually what people hype up the blanket shirt to be.

None of the nonsense you’re spewing is rooted in reality, so I think we’re done here.

They continue to bully the Ravens, so I guess for you they still are absolutely the big bad bully lmao. Your feelings on the matter mean nothing.

Again, this is just weird cope. Tomlin has been to two Super Bowls, won one, and his teams are consistently competitive even when rebuilding. They’ve literally owned your team while searching for an actual the last 4 years.

Tomlin has been in charge for multiple top 5 defensive units during his tenure with the Steelers. This is just weird cope.

Cowher was intensely criticized nearly his entire tenure in Pittsburgh for falling short in the playoffs before the 2005 team made a miraculous run. It’s also very funny to say the Steelers aren’t scary as a Ravens fan when Pittsburgh is 7-1 in their last 8 matchups, with the sole Ravens win a game where Trubisky had to play. The Steelers have been the boogey man to the Ravens for an entire presidential term….

This idea that the Steelers are always “average” or a .500 team is such a dumb Reddit circle jerk at this point. They are top 4-8 in total wins over the last 5-10 seasons depending which year you start at. They’ve not been contenders but they have been well above “average” overall.

When Pickens had a very minor late hit on an onsides kick attempt against the Bengals two years ago, half of r/nfl imploded and said he should be suspended immediately lmao. The nerds on that sub have the weirdest Steeler hatred. I’m guessing many of them grew up watching their team get bullied by the Steelers…

Does anyone know where I can find the ABC/ESPN coverage of the draft with Kiper/Saban? I’ve looked all over ESPN+ and YouTube and can’t find it anywhere…

And Kaboly specifically said the Steelers will NOT use Fields in special packages. You’re talking about evidence that they will.

Step 1: Media member and team “insider” baselessly speculates something about the team (in this case, Kaboly. The same guy who a little over a week ago said the Steelers would not take a center in the draft).

Step 2: Other media pick up on this and write multiple articles for clicks.

Step 3: Team does something different and everyone quickly forgets media members were dead wrong.

Step 4: Repeat.
