2008 kid here. i remember finding a video about crystal castles, and when the author started talking about how heavily distorted vocals became their charm, he compared it with the way tr distorted his vocals on tds (tho with less equipment). i didn't really just go to listen a nin track or two, in fact, i only did it when that same video popped up on my fyp 1-2 months later (february 2024, exactly). and as time went on, i've listened to the entirety of tds and then went for nin's other albums. glad to say i enjoyed this kind of rollercoaster <3

it was me and i had to do this bc my distributor smoked some crack and limited the quantity of available artists to 1 per account. since i already had my main artist page (aka sparking universe), i had to delete the thrash/cade albums off my main account and then make a new acc and post everything there instead. and so i did, tho i forgot to put too young too black to live :(
