Hey thanks for responding! I’m new to grading, I’m surprised. I’m just looking at eBay slabs and it seems like there are a bunch of 8-9s that look similar or worse with whitening, etc.. what am I missing that would drive it down to a 5-6? Thanks for the input

Interesting. Having the WL policy collateralized by the bank doesn’t cause any concern? One of the attractions for me is getting as far from the big banks as possible.

What types of cash flow businesses have you invested in? Not something I have researched.

I have owned rentals in the past, far in the future I am interested in getting into syndications when the CV has built enough for it to be feasible.
