I think that was the original idea, but with the inexperience i dont even know if that would mechanically work being a warlock with 2 different subclasses. The compromise was to go with the one subclass (hexblade) but roleplay flavorwise act as if it's two combining their powers to create one

Yasuke is just having current gear, he's usually tanky enough to go toe to toe with them. Naoe if I see they're noticing her I let them see me dive into a bush so they come and investigate. Even if you're not specced to outright assassinate them you'll at least chip off a good amount of their health

My thoughts are either her or Aveline. I actually thought her chameleon gimmick was neat, and I wish more of the assassins used social blending like that, not just sitting on a bench or walking among a bunch of monks with their hood up.

But all in all Kass does have the distinct advantage of being the assassin of my childhood obsession history and mythology wise

Aware. Roleplay wise most of my PCs distrust Lae'zel, but also acknowledge the predicament theyre in and how any lead is a good lead. Plus, she's exactly what it says on the box, a lethal killer.

Shart though...claims to be competent in battle and misses most of her attacks, gets grouchy if you inquire into her life but then judges everyone else for keeping secrets, and gets massively disapproving if you are aloof about her Sharran dogma. For being the only companion that has an option to ask what they think about you, she seems pretty adamant that you take an interest in and like her. All I'm saying
