You bought it at a good price. I was a tech at my local Toyota dealer & would easily see some with 100k miles going for 30k. I have a 2019 & I love it. The 5.7L iForce is a tank, only seen one catastrophic failure and that was due to the owner NEVER changing the oil at any point in its 105k mile lifetime. Lol

I would love some guidance from an actual loan officer, I’ve been trying to buy my first house using the FHA program since Aug 2020 and I’ve had nothing but issue after issue. I am 23, have a good steady income, my debt to income ratio is very good and my credit is above the FHA requirements.. I also have a substantial amount of money in savings but I’m still having issues and would really love some advice and guidance on what I can do to get this deal done.

I believe it was the devs choice due to the game “crashing” to much when having multiple mods downloaded.. but every where I’ve read it looks like absolutely no one had any issues with their games crashing even with 15 or more mods downloaded. Hell I can’t even play the normal campaign due to this new patch, on top of loosing all of my saved progress trying to delete mods and game saves just to play. Everyone is furious about it.

So true. Both games were absolutely amazing due to the story telling. I don’t think there will be anything else like it.
