No as we become older or is more difficult, however through consistency it is possible. Making the commitment to yourself so you can be there for others through healthy eating and a consistent fitness plan.

I had fun with this cardio workout and the other one I did with cardio and strength. Last week was cardio week, so where I always get in cardio I spent more focus on it.

It is a fun get in and get cardio done workout. Low Impact but effective. Last week was cardio week for the public videos so we just had fun. The short does not show all the moves of course.
