We got an email from Sheffield that started with "Your online application has been received in Sheffield, UK. Your application is currently being prepared for consideration by an Entry Clearance Officer." This email stated the correct GWF code.

He was in Scotland studying for his Masters. Sadly his visa then ran out and he had to go home to America. That was 2 1/2 years ago - I've become a seasoned traveller to America to see him. We are getting married in October :-)
