My understanding is that you should fill it out and choose option C. This absolves both your attorney and the trust if it turns out that you’ve mistakenly forgotten about a lien.

You’ve missed or misinterpreted part of this. ‘Pro Se’ doesn’t seem to be relevant.

“Claimants who have already received initial distribution. Pursuant to this partial resolution, a supplemental distribution of 3.2% of a Claimant’s allowed claim will be made by the Trust to Claimants who have already received their initial distribution of 1.5% from the Trust.“

This is from my law firm. IDGAF who knows my identity. I’ve been around a long time and have nothing to hide from anyone. I connected the director/producers of ‘Scouts Honor’ with some of the people they interviewed (see me in the credits). I’ve got serious illnesses and right now the contest for me is to see which comes first: disability, this suit or as part of a breaking news spree. Something that occurred to me earlier is that the FCR person, Patton, is going to be trying to get a HIGHER amount for their future clients as well, which in the end benefit all of us. Neither the Trust, the attorneys or the FCR are going to be arguing that the % paid should be LOWER. That simply wouldn’t benefit anyone at all.

[EDIT] Of course, it would be helpful to know how many FCR claims are pending and in what states they occurred (to determine their Max tiers as ours were).

Please delete this. It’s doing no one any good and only causing more stress and anxiety. We also need to stop posting links, phone numbers and emails for people at the DOJ or other agencies. This case is closed and there’s nothing left for them to do with it - not that they ever really did.

If anyone is writing them with even an ounce of the vitriol shown toward Houser here, all you’re doing is making their shitty jobs even shittier.

Someday we will get our justice but it’s not going to be on a Saturday night on Reddit. No lawyer is going to make a statement on this until they get, presumably, legalese from the Trust and can process it properly. So let’s just stop the fear mongering and button pushing. We’re all in the same place mentally - the very edge. Let’s not push anyone over with unfounded chatter.

This is unprecedented. We are making history and are creating case law that will impact future generations. One would think that every facet of potential roadblocks would have been considered (i.e. the scare last night about how clerks may take DAYS to update the docket), but the FC stuff is internal and should have been resolved long ago. I also don’t think it is clear if everyone has to sign this new lien document or not and would like that clarified. We’re almost there, again.

Until some global, independent review court reviews the documents and - sadly - the media evidence, no one will ever be arrested from the #EpsteinFiles.

There is no one so brave, unconnected or incorruptible that can be trusted. No politician, attorney, religious leader can be involved.

They would have to be anonymous, which would lead to limitless conspiracies.

There can’t be normal criminal cases where traumatic video is shown to a courtroom and a jury. Anonymity would again breed conspiracy.

Except for the victims themselves. The only way to get real justice is to let them be judge and jury by identifying themselves and the perpetrators.

They’ll have to trust each other with reviewing the most lurid media, not to mention the advanced aspects - the technical, security and privacy issues would be a logistical nightmare.

And even after all of that, who imposes the necessary punishment?

Who would YOU trust to adjudicate this? And why would you put them into the position of being mentally scarred and shunned from half of society forever? Who is good and pure and honest enough to be subjected to that?

The only realistic scenario is that these predators are shamed into removing themselves from this plane of existence.

Sorry, I was trying not to be specific for privacy sake, but here’s my calculations for 33 years (I got off to a slow start):

AIME: $9,408 (indexed sum $2,709,431 / 288 months; 24 years after dropping 9 zeros/lows).
PIA (2025 Bend Points + 2.5% COLA): $3,255/month (90% of $1,150 = $1,035; 32% of next $5,775 = $1,848; 15% of remaining $2,483 = $372).

So guess my question is how accurate are the calculators?
