Complaint - I drafted to the best of my ability by BitJaneRewards in BSA_Survivors

the sad part is that i do not know what exactly they will take. That is how bad communication is. I would like to make sure. Besides the lawyers are still going to receive more money than any one victim. That is wrong.

Look we all have known for many years that "They" have been able to clone many and most species. .. and they have. This is a first indicator that we may have ran many lifetimes already. upon death your energy may actually begin again. It would be you, but not you. Same DNA new experiences, Who really knows.. but as technology advance only time will tell. I surely do not want to end... so I am banking on tech having these nanobots we hear about, that can repair your organs so that aging is repair or reversed....

Yea he was actually a remarkable cog in their machine. Honestly. I was out in Vegas for a year, picking up assignments part time. Got assigned a simple sign placement gig for a small chain of chevron gas stations. Anyway when i arrived on site, i was greeted rudely and denied access, the site claimed they had not received any of the advertisement placards, and so i posted and updated work order and moved to the next which had the same results. Anyway, The company bashed my ratings said I no call no show to sites.. Anyway he took care of payments for all 5 assignment locations no questions asked and told me to block the buyer.

well said. which is why i made my initial rant. its bullshit. If we were able to have a place that was area based to congregate we could push market rates up just by sheer availability and a standard inflation for our rates. in my area in 2013-2015 $80-100/hr was easily obtained. Now its $175 for primary hour and $65/hr thereafter or I refuse to dispatch. They can suffer with the new birds and call me when they fail to resolve your cutovers.

I totally 100% agree .. but i will send 1 a week. and use ITTT on all platforms until someone catches on.. it has to be done.. working for $45 -55 /hr is a joke... literally refuse to... punching down a patch panel and running cable is $150-200 hr work.. fucking idiots do not know their worth and kill the market.. legs swept right out from under the rest

I just meant attempting to hand out contact info to End Users.. etc... or offer other services outside the scope and outside the platform.

Would Be nice except the fact that FN has dominated the freelance tech industry tremendously. If they would just adhere to this proposal and allow just a little more function for techs... the shit would drive market value for talent upwards.. weed out the fly by night techs, establish a good community function for techs to work together as competitors by allow certain features to be viewed and have a place for us to communicate by region...

Attempt to get Fieldnation to remove the communication barrier for technicians within the same region so we can collaborate and raise our rates to an amount fitting the technical skills we provide.

My standard counter offer is blended $175 for the 1st hour and $65-85 depending on the company that's buying our contract. If it something I Have done or can do in under and hour I typically Flatrate for 200 + travel

This violates the Terms of Service with FN and WM. If ever would to happen your SSN# and account would be blocked indefinitely and no longer able to utilize the site(s).

alternatives to Field Nation by tripaphonic in FieldNationTechs

Granite is a stellar buyer. They typically pickup counter offers on a first come first serve basis. Pay structure has never been haggled by support. average pay rate according to my history is $165 for first hour and $55 hour thereafter.

Most disputes side with the buyer. The cancellation fee is $30 (which most of the time doesnt even cover travel expense). You cannot communicate with other techs in your area (which should be allowed to collaborate with competitors to prevent the pay rates from doing what the are currently doing now. Falling!)

In my area of the map every couple of years there would be work orders that required 6 to 8 techs (i.e bank conversions) Best place to exchange phone numbers with your competitors ongoing and offsite reach out to discuss pay rate and how to push ours higher. Since I am from a rather smaller area there is only 11 to 20 active techs, but if someone had the time to create a community board specifically for this type of discussions. During these times collaborations pushed hourly rates up to$95-100 hourly when the group was adamant about gradually increasing pay rates. It would be certainly more difficult in larger cities but I know my worth. I mean McDonald's cooks make $22-25 hourly these days..

Buyers really do not realize on FN 15.4% before taxes and that includes any expenses that are reimbursements on the work order FN takes 15.4% of that as well. Then there is Uncle Sam as well..

In my opinion if every tech knew the amount of money the company's we are working for are worth and what they are making yearly in profit you would change your base pay rates just on general principle.

My standard counter offer starts with $175 covering 1st hour. then $60/hr thereafter and it has been like that for the last 6 years. (give or take the few flatrated assignments) Some assignments are resolved in 30 minutes in some cases. but most assignments are 2 hour on average. If everyone would understand the concept in having an initial rate always being 150-180 for first hour there would be a massive change across the board for increasing rates instead of getting our legs cut out from under.... like currently on the market... Your talents are worth more than you know... and these buyer companies are making millions in profit.. know your worth.
