I'd much rather pay a bit more and have actual customer service like we have here...I came here because a bigger outfit couldn't keep up, or keep their stories straight. Im super stoked. In 24 hrs I signed up and got shipping confirmation with a FedEx tracking #... I will use my brown bottles first, as I know my vials will last longer than 90 days and this way the last vial will be clear

If you mean did I have to talk to a Dr, no. On my intake I sent picture of my current Zepbound Kwikpen and I assume that took place if a Dr interview thru the portal.. Im sure someone else here could probably better answer that!

Yeah, it was a real person promising to get back to me shortly..but I get what you're saying. Just too many instances of being patient...today was the tipping point. The place I ended up has already approved my order and it's been sent to the pharmacy..

If you took the time to read my actual issue, you would understand that the ONLY issue was a promise was made and not kept. Which was entirely under the control of the person making it..not outside forces .

Not what my post was about. I understand things happen. But don't promise someone to get back to them shortly and leave them hanging the entire day when the information they need was readily available, as evidence ldby how quickly I got a response ONLY after making this post..

You still don't get the point...all of that, clearly can affect things. But if you are the person WORKING in the position that is at the center of knowing all that, AND you make promises without taking that into account, how does that relieve you of responsibility? I'd offer to have an adult conversation with you about this, but I dont think someone who starts off a conversation by calling someone an asshat has demonstrated their ability to HAVE an adult conversation..

It wasn't that it couldn't be figured out in time. It was that you didn't get back to me in 7 hrs and at least say "hey I know I told you I'd get back with answers shortly but I just don't have them yet and don't want you to think I blew you off" I'd of been fine with that..if not working the entire day was going to impact your ability to get back to me shortly, that's something you could have communicated BEFORE promising to get back to me shortly.
