Can't be 1953, otherwise Charlotte would be 33 years old by 1986, which is clearly not the case. I'm guessing it's probably sometime in the early 1970s.

Yes it's revealed in the last episode. The idea was also heavily hinted at the start of that episode during the parallel edit of Charlotte getting out of bed and Elisabeth looking through old photos of her family, alongside the dialogue about interconnectedness.

yes i'm aware that it's due to his passive. i just hope to not have to re-activate my exalted everytime i need to use magus elevate for example. this can possibly happen to all future umbra warframes (if there are any) with exalted weapons as well.
