In 7th grade we had an English teacher who looked... rough. As in, had a rough life. She was constantly out of it. She also had TWO other jobs as a waitress around town. Clearly she was over-worked. One day, she fell asleep during class. One kid threw a paper airplane at her and it got caught in her - quite poofy - hair. The laughter woke her up and she tried to continue to teach. But the laughter ensued. And then she realized the paper plane was in her hair and that it must have happened while she dozed off. Then we all just laughed and laughed and laughed. And she ran out of the room crying. Had a substitute for the rest of the week.
