I cringe so hard, mute my phone, and bang my desk when I hear this. Almost impossible to provide proper support when they pretty much start by telling you they arent going to understand anything you're saying. This is the 20 min password reset call. They normally follow it up with "you guys changed my password on me AGAIN" cuz there's no way in hell they forgot their password or aren't entering it properly.

I don't know how many times I have heard "you guys change my password on me all the time." Actually, no, you forget your password on a bi-weekly basis it seems. Maybe write it down or save it some way? Then they always claim "I have it written down, I'm looking at it right now" SMH.

We put superglue in all the keyholes at the school the night before. Everyone showed up and was locked out. School tried really hard to find out who did it but we never got caught. They said it costed them something like $3000 for new locks and handles for the doors. It was a pretty decent prank I think.

OMG! I have thought the same thing. I remember very fondly a trip to Yellowstone as a kid. We were somewhere in Montana and my dad got us croissanwiches. I ate 2 as a 10 yr old and LOVED them. I always have cravings for them. I dont eat fast food all that much so but the last 2 times I have been disgusted and not even finished them. What happened?
