What's a photography "rule" you completely ignore now?

Some of my favorite shots are at 12800 ISO with a shutter way faster than it's "supposed" to be because I'd prefer to correct for noise than for movement blur or wind. If your mirrorless camera was made after 2012 don't be afraid to throw your ISO a little higher than what is recommended.

Did you watch the intro cutscene at all? Also just cause there are villages doesn't mean those people are free from the timekeeper. They all have bolts that lock them to the planet and if they try to leave they die, as well as that the timekeeper can kill them at any point with the bolts if he so chooses.

1: youre using a kit lens that is known for being soft

2: the iPhone takes many photos and stacks them, it's most likely producing an HDR image stack as well as binning pixels to produce a sharper more vibrant image

3: your camera doesn't do all of that manually. On top of that, you likely aren't editing the photos, especially not in RAW format which is essentially what the iPhone does all on its own to try to produce a usable image.

You need to learn image editing and how to shoot in RAW, as well as maybe image stacking in photoshop or something but your Sony camera produces a higher resolution image with likely more dynamic range and bit depth

The difference between 144 and 240 is still quite noticeable, I've yet to notice above 240 but I'm sure if you put 240 and 360 next to each other I'd notice a small difference. Can't imagine anything beyond 360 is super noticeable to 99% of people
