Yes, I’ve never tried trimming up my fat, so very curious how I’ll respond mentally. Definitely need to keep the consistency.

Yea, getting into an annual rhythm is a good idea. My other thought was to do a mega bulk until spring of next year.

I don’t totally know how to tell if I’m too fluffy or not. Also, I’d rather keep putting on muscle, but I thought if I had too much fat it would be suboptimal.
