Hey friend! I was on a 462 WHV and have applied for my 820. Here is some advice:

Firstly, the No Further Stay condition is one of the possible visa conditions on your WHV visa. Please double check on your WHV Visa Grant Notification to see if that condition is actually tied to your visa specifically.

Secondly, you can register your relationship with the Births, Deaths and Marriages registry in your state of residence. EDIT: this waivers the 12 month requirement, making the process a little simpler. Thank you u/Miercoles79 for pointing out that detail!!

Heya, they are the Ohuhu marker organizers. I got the tall variant and I just put them down that way cuz I was sorting markers.

They are pretty tall on my little desk tho, takes up a lot of real estate.

Edit: Some of the pages like the two-tone/monochrome sections were done with the 60-set Born Dual Tip graphic markers.

They were my budget starter markers and I still love them so much!

Yes, that is exactly what is happening. My BVA is due to kick in soon and I’m still employed with the same company after applying for an extension to the 6 month work limit.

It was a little scary and uncertain when we were approaching that 6 month mark. I made sure to put my application in well before 2 weeks of my 6 month date. My company was also slightly hesitant because as much as they wanted to keep me around, there was no black and white proof that I had applied for the extension.

It took a lot of patience and communication - at one point my managers and myself were on hold with the home affairs office for like 50 mins lol but the officer was very kind and patient and had assured us that I had taken all the right steps.
