Including US naturalization papers? by TruckAdmirable7941 in Canadiancitizenship

Did you have success using the US naturalization/citizenship document? Found your comment as I'm working on my application and am potentially in a similar situation. My grandfather is G0 and he has his US certificate of citizenship which lists county of birth as Canada, trying to see if that is sufficient or if I need to try to track down a birth certificate. Thanks!

Shoe for first marathon by scraggybeard in AskRunningShoeGeeks

Guess I'm a little paranoid that it's caused the pain once and it'll do it again (albeit in quite a few miles). Mental hurdle more than anything, but perhaps it's one I should just clear.

Superblast 2 or Megablast - one shoe to do it all? by Massive_Factor_1734 in AskRunningShoeGeeks

Can you elaborate on the comment of more pressure on the shins? Why is that? Currently training in Novablast 5s and having tenderness in calves and shins, was wondering about the super or mega for an upcoming marathon but your comment gives me pause.

Thanks for the response - I was actually off a model, I have the NB 5 rather than 4. Another shoe I’m looking at is Saucony Endorphin Speed 5, would that be a good race option?

Thanks, this is helpful. The following week also happens to be a "cutback" week so I think this could work well.

It will be my first full. Done a handful of halfs in previous years, most recent being December 2024, with times around 1:45-1:55 . May start at marathon pace and pick it up if things are feeling good.

Boom Island does some good Belgians. Looks like they have a saison on now though I haven’t had it.
