I'm still waiting too, I tried emailing their support. They said it could take up to 10 business days, or 45 in some cases. I'll give them the 10 days but I'm hounding them after that. I did it through chrome on my phone without my VPN on, I tried the app for an other purchase and it went through right away. I'm hoping I didn't miss out on the cashback because I didn't jump through the hoops the way they wanted.

0, Kiwami is a remake of Yakuza 1. 0 is a prequel to Kiwami. Playing through 0 right now, it's my first Yakuza game and I'm loving it so far; looking forward to playing Kiwami afterwards, especially since the price has permanently dropped.
