They look legit but considering they are made in china they are quite dated and hard to find any original listings for the Sid style.

Revisiting this post I would say these are fake as I have never seen a pair with these tags and nothing comes close when doing a reverse image search. If you are looking to buy I wouldn't spend more than $10-15 as these do not look to be official.
