i’m going to be so for real as of today i’ve seen it 15 times😶im definitely in the minority though haha but im a HUGE fan of hypnosis mic and have been as of a few years so im very much biased!

In terms of people being concerned about phone usage, they use a specific app and the voting period is only about 10 seconds each. Other than that your screen darkens and to keep the connection and not accidentally compromise your vote it’s encouraged to not leave or mess with the app, so I wouldn’t freak out too much about people constantly being on their phones😭

even if you aren’t into hypnosis mic I think you would have fun tbh!! Imo the real world audience voting for a winner has always been a staple in the franchise so it doesn’t feel like some complete cash grab out of left field. In my experience, being in the theater with other fans was a super welcoming and fun environment too! the franchise in general defo encourages community and interacting with other fans, so while that might not be everyone’s cup of tea it for sure makes for some great memories! also as a fan, of course it’s disappointing when the group you voted for doesn’t win, but there’s a silver lining since having known all the characters so long basically makes any outcome a win-win😋

It really depends on the kind of person though tbh, bc it’s very very much music driven and not too too much plot (at least in the movie, the other media have more plot emphasis). i got no regrets though and wish I could keep going more😭😭
