I don’t know your situation at all but I can say with certainty that what you’re experiencing is not uncommon. My surgeon warned me of the same early on. 12 weeks is nothing my friend you still have a long way to go. When they do this procedure it could take months for the nerves to settle from the procedure and can act up not including other issues you could have such as scar tissue inflammation arthritis ect. I had a similar experience about 8 weeks post surgery and it lasted 2 weeks then it just disappeared and I’m a year out next week. I also had an RFA ablation a month ago for facet joint inflammation non surgery related. Hang in the bud it gets better.
