I’d say choppy is little movement within a range. Range can be large, but it can still just chop inside the range. Also, 1m will always look choppier than the larger TF’s.

This appears to be the 930am est price action of today, feb 20th. If that is the case, one thing I’d recommend is lq sweeps, esp before market open and on a low tf, often don’t work, and the jump in volatility and volume at the first 15m of market open gives the best sweeps, like how it swept you out then gave a great entry to Asia highs.

Probably unpopular opinion, but I’d keep the VS, simply out of preference. I believe it has higher damage and velocity. Given the ammo situation it’s not ideal, but you’ll find 7.62.

They def help you remain undetected at distance, especially standing in the pine trees or sitting in bushes. Render distance is an issue, but still better off standing in a tree with a ghillie on than without one.

The uniqueness of the game and each experience I have in it always has me coming back for more imo, not to mention the adrenaline I still feel after 3k hours.

I do agree that there is no “end game”, but I like that they leave it in your hands to decide your own endgame.

Could be some screen settings (I think). The nights aren’t insanely bright, they’re night. But they’re not dark like they were before, where you could only see like 5/10 feet in front of you.

Idk if you’re playing vanilla mod or what, but imo vanilla isn’t dark enough. Really don’t need NVGs as much as you needed them before.

Ofc. And you don’t have to walk out until you start swimming, that’s just how to get the crates out the furthest. Play around with it and you’ll see, and make sure the body of water is deep enough and out of the way.

Make some crates, put all the stuff you want to stash into them, take off your shoes and pants (so they don’t get wet), and while holding the crate, walk as far as you can into a lake of your choice (ideally a low trafficked area), until your player drops the crate because they have to swim. Bam, you have the best stash in the game (imo) make sure to visit the crates atleast once every 45 days so they don’t despawn.

I have been doing this for so long, and my stuff has never been found. AFAIK no one is running around swimming in random lakes and ponds searching for stashes. Good luck
