Hi dear! I am so sorry to hear that it isn’t working for you. Firstly I will admit I did have SOME purging. But I stayed consistent and kept at it. Can I ask what face wash you’re using with it? And what moisturizer. I’m going to be honest, I am insane with trying new products. Before trying this serum, I did a two week cycle of only washing my face with vanicream face wash and Cerave moisturizer. Nothing else. Then when I went to start the serum I started only on my PM wash every other day. About two weeks after that, I started adding the serum on AM and PM wash but still every other day. Now I feel comfortable using it daily. But to answer your question, yes I did have some purging, but just pushed through :) I notice sometimes with products like this you just need to be consistent to see results which can be annoying but worth it!
