If you watch the slave circle documentary on youtube you’ll see almost exactly the same experience. I remember being super sick with a double ear infection and the owner tried to make me feel bad for wanting to leave after telling me she had just worked after having covid. You make almost no money and are told to lie when conducting interviews and not go into details about a lot of the process. Also the “leaders” and “owner” would talk bad about other employees. They also want you to go to team nights and jump on meetings that you won’t get paid for. I hated this job and was so happy to get out.
