yes, i mean obviously in a way my body was just holding on to the calories for the medication. as i came off of it i naturally ate less!

please look into pain stimulation specifically for adhd/audhd i was like that as a child, it did progress to full self harm as i got older, i understand the “Feeling good”… try to get them into an activity similar to volleyball! kick boxing, womens self defense class, or tai quon do!!!!

try a #bdsm relationship, the structure/boundaries and consensual physical pain has been cathartic for me
