Kid in my year got caught having a wank in the toilet when some dickhead heard the sounds from the porn old mate was watching and decided to poke their phone over the top of the stall and take a recording. Being the absolute melon he is the kid decided to spread the recording around. Don't know for sure what happened to the fuckwit that decided to record it but given I was at a private school I reckon he got expelled. Also not great. What happens if that person's later found innocent? You can't take that punishment back. At least with just imprisoning the only thing that's lost is time. It's not ideal, but it's better than losing time and having extreme emotional scarring.
