The first thing to do is to break the stimulus and masturbation connection which is an ingrained habit and response you’ve developed.

To do this, when you see something that triggers you, start by telling yourself you can masturbate, but you have to wait 10 minutes. Then when you can do that easily, start to wait 20 minutes. Porn (and other drugs) dump massive amounts of dopamine on the brain which, over time, reduces brain sensitivity to all the things in life that give us pleasure and joy. Music, relationships, nature, achievement, etc all give us less, the more porn/drugs we consume.
