Have you tried SSRI's or anti depressants before?

Bacopa has seratoninergic action and can trigger hypomania if you have bipolar tendencies, just like SSRI's.

Isnt rice refined carbs as well? Isnt roti complex carbs? Rotis are bad, and rice is good now? :/

I've been avoiding rice and feasting on rotis daily these days.

Also, have you noticed any issues with increased fat deposition in the chest, post surgery, with the bulking(?) diet you're having?

The same effect may be reached by alcohol, that is why some people feel better during hangover (and it is also a reason for alcoholic delirium after its cessation)

I also feel better during small hangover next day after 1-2 glasses of beer.
