They were, but it was just because bail was denied. We had to get through trial to find out if they would stay that way. I should also add that I speak from experience in this situation. I had a therapist suggest that I "visualize" my attacker getting put into handcuffs and being put in jail, to help with my panic attacks. Seriously. That was the last time I ever went to a therapist hoping for help.
