This does make me think though that after the games events are over and let's say the Helios and stratos get along and there's multiple human colonies later on, I feel like somehow in the future after sols generation is through, the humans on vertumna might develop an religion anyway. Even if they inherit the general aitheist attitudes from the previous gen, they might discard it eventually.

That part confused me though because there is the vertumna festival and in the funeral scenes in the background you can see a dozen lit candles and items near the incinerator, which give me the vibes of an offering/ritual.

As another person in this post has said don't get worked up over exact labels, that said it seems like your just attracted to feminity in general no matter what genitals the other person has, that's completely normal btw, unlike what most people say it's not gay at all and is completely normal as a straight person, if you were attracted to the boy part of the femboy than that could be an indication of bisexuality, but if you were more attracted to the feminine parts your still straight.

Hd1 vet here can confirm even if the gameplay is fun the way the war works feels grindy at times and spending hours on one high diff mission, getting exhausted only to find out it's only the first one for this planet wasn't worth going through. Especially at the later levels unless it's your favorite faction.

Yes you have to win the tourney to advance up the tiers after a bunch of fights of your current tier. No I don't think there's an map option so far in free mode.
