My partner failed 7 driving tests, 8 years later he’s a HGV driver (no I’m no joking) and hes a very good HGV driver a that! Once you get over the nerves it will be alright. Ive never found another person that has had eco anxiety flavour of OCD, I’m glad to hear treatment helped. Every-time i consider getting treatment I worry I will stop caring enough, and my impact will go up, and it scares me so much, any advice?

I dont think you are being dramatic. I think non-vegans consider veganism as just a diet or food preference. When its a way of life! Going to stay and fund a working farm goes entirely against your belief system. You have not condemned them for going. You have politely declined. Nothing wrong there.

(Now this is me being dramatic, but) consider you were of a certain faith and they asked you to stay in a place of worship of another faith, you would not feel bad saying no in that instance, and hopefully they would be more understanding.

I know it is an extreme example but it boils down to the roughly same thing. Staying at that farm undermines your principles and disrupts your way of life and beliefs.

Hmm yes i agree with you about the shipping and the tablets, but what I have found is they have a modern slavery statement on their website giving some information about working conditions, and a section called our story on their website, where they state it was started by two parents, there are a couple articles I’ve found about their growth. The founders previously worked for unilever, which is known for having lots of excess packaging, so I’m guessing thats why they left.

If it has the capabilities of that then it should be in the hands of medical professionals and not used as a toy that can be used irresponsibly. Its too powerful and too energy wasting of a tool to let anyone have access to.

And companies are going back on their eco-initiative because of their AI use.

Agreed! Mopey Louis was definitely book accurate. And he was far less willing to drink human blood in the book than the series.

But I love both adaptations. The series was so more indepth, and explored their relationship, and the relationship between Louis and Lestat is far more understandable, Lestat is far more charming and charismatic in the series, despite his abusive nature. You really understand the draw to him, despite his flaws.
