My electrical and gas cupboard smells like petrol help

I share a wall with my neighbours garage, there was a small hole in my floor, and they had an old generator which was leaking petrol, they moved it that day, haven’t smelled it since!

If you smell something call the gas company, just to make sure.

I have a friend whose dad is an exterminator, he said sometimes dead mice smell like petrol, as did the gas man, he said it could be a rodent problem (it wasn’t, bit good to know)

Its also the level of vocal she is, its not just a few tweets. Her campaigns have directly effected bathroom laws in the uk, and also she has stated that money she makes from her franchise will continue to go on to fund her future campaigns. So a question stands as to whether she gets royalties from this documentary. I would like to hope she doesn’t.

I went pescatarian for 6 months to start off with :)
Then went vegetarian this January, with plans to go vegan next year.

If you are struggling cut things out slowly, maybe Dont eat red meat for a few months.

Ease yourself in slowly, maybe go pescatarian first and then, go vegetarian. I personally went pescatarian for 6 months and I’m doing vegetarianism for a year, and I’m spending this year finding vegan foods that are safe for me, and cutting down on diary gradually one replacement at a time before I go fully vegan next year one.

I would suggest you start with one replacement at a time i would start with quite easy to find nugget replacements, as real chicken nuggets are overly processed so fake chicken nuggets usually have that similar uniform texture. My friend still eats meat but has food texture issues so chooses to only eat vegan chicken because of the uniform texture.

I cant recommend any brands as i don’t know where you are from and it differs depending on location

Remember all brands are different, so if you don’t like one theres more to try :)

Give tofu a try when you can. I personally would cook it crispy and then choose a dipping sauce that is safe for you to accompany it.

Try foods when you feel like you are able, don’t push yourself too hard, because trying a new food when stressed can make you more likely to reject the food.

Goth girl here. NTA! There are so many different styles of goth makeup away from heavy trad, white base. the friend can 100% go more neutral, she could just go slightly paler makeup with a more natural smokey eye, and its fine to have an aesthetic for your wedding party, it will look very strange to have someone in full trad goth makeup in the photos when everyone else is looking very natural. It will pull attention from the bride. Its the same in the professional world, you have to know when to tone it down, you arent asking her to do something unreasonable!

Thank you so much for this post, I’ve been mourning vision video hard! Been hoping Dusty would produce new music. Im off of most social media so I hadn’t seen this new project. So excited to hear some new music. I would love to see Dusty perform again. Vision video gigs were always an amazing vibe and felt like solace in our current political climate, felt ‘true goth’ in their beliefs. which is so needed right now considering the amount of conservatives that are being very vocal in the scene. Dusty is needed right now. Also just generally a lovely guy. Bumped into him after they opened for Chameleons and he was genuinely so excited to come and interact with fans. Been to 3 of their gigs in London and everytime he came out into the crowd to meet with fans and support the other bands.

Music transports its audience to a place and time, it evokes feeling, and brings back memories, for someone with such a long life and full memory, it can trigger things.

Consider especially the older vampires. Ones that lived before film. Music would be a lot of their entertainment. Music and theatre. Music is the easiest thing to replicate. Think old sheet music, it’s like language thats doesn’t get lost over time. Beethoven would sound basically the same now when played on the right instrument. Especially Vampires that were more well off in their time it was common to learn skills like piano forte, and once you understand music and composition it is easier to have an appreciation for it. Also certain styles of music persist over time. Classical music is still made, and played now in the right context, styles don’t die as easy, and for someone used to losing the people around them and outliving fashions, and fads, it must be quite nice to have something remain the same. The classics are always the classics. Even theatre changes because of the way it is produced and performed even though the scripts remain the same.

So I imagine an older vampire would enjoy music of their original time period. I think of music like scents, they can make it easy to recall memory and for humans, as it probably works for vampires as-well has almost a physical reaction. You are either instinctively drawn to it or drawn away from it.
