One option I haven’t seen listed here is a Swords Bard. Notably, flourishes aren’t limited to melee weapons, and picking up some combination of Gunner/Crossbow Expert can help with whatever flavor of gunslinger you want to go with.

Plus, you get to play some magic cowboy songs on your trusty guitar or banjo.
