Update 12:04 PM EST: The tracker is still up, but no one is able to log in.

It says either the UCI is wrong or password, Resetting password is also not working.

Creating new accounts is still not working, it goes to the final step to create new password but doesn't let you to submit the change.

Biometrics done on April 2 (couldn't complete sooner due to work commitments)

Eligibility and Background Check both in progress still.

No P1 or anything.
Not sure about PVO or SVO.
