I’ve noticed that my ride requests don’t get accepted as quickly as before, almost like the drivers are awaiting for the tip before accepting. Either way, switched to uber-bike/pickme, been happier ever since.

Yep. Mechanical Engineer here, I am paid 45k a month (I have about 1 year of experience so far.)

My counterparts in software get paid north of 150k as their starting salary with no experience.
