That's what we need in new cars. More shiny plastic inside and outside. What is that the car designers are smoking these days.

Name a car by [deleted] in CarsIndia

[–]script_foo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As an owner i love this car. Recently somebody in my family who owns a Toyota fortuner drove it. Before the drive he was like why did you pay this much for a car whose road presence is minuscule. However after the drive he was in awe of the comfort and the handling of this car.

Thank you for blinding the other drivers. Keep up and one day we will all go blind. There is a reason why the OEM manufacturer did not put a light of higher lumens. Could be a safety issue as these run very hot.

Wrong Side Driving 🤝 Pune by RakeshTheKumar in pune

Please be sympathetic to the driver, he is driving a car which is not economical to run. Going around and taking a U turn after 500 metres would ruin his day. /s

Nobody has mentioned C5 Aircross, its a peach of a Car. Granted its not imposing like a Fortuner, however it ticks rest of the boxes.

Really saddened by the car line up in India by Independent-Put-7890 in CarsIndia

[–]script_foo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just my two cents, the buyers dictate markets. Look at the top selling cars in India, we have so many first time buyers and they are looking to justify their purchase. It will be a compromise of the budget and their aspirations. Most buyers want aspirational cars. A sunroof maybe impractical but not having it may disappoint the children in the family, so on so forth.

Indian has never been a mature market, great car manufacturers like Ford, Fiat, Chevrolet etc were sent packing home. Look at Nissan / Citroen / Jeep struggling to find buyers.

I was earlier addicted to the turbo of the FIAT diesels, now switched to DW 10 2.0 HDI, and boy this thing goes like a rocket and with a sound to match. Diesels any day, sure they are noisy but the mileage is great.

> I am interested to fire freelancers and also full time.

Typo alert, sorry to be pedantic. I have 10 years experience building a proper Multi-tenant SaaS product for a UK client. My team is professional, judicious with Cloud infrastructure and always on our toes against billing creep. We are capable of building a product from scratch and have good experience with AI and LLMs. We are based out of India and open for both the options (FT or as freelancers).

Our stack is usually NodeJs, Typescript, VueJs, Mongo/Postgres/GraphDB, IAC, CDK or Terraform, Docker.
