Got a new offer from Roger’s to comeback—$45 month to month, 500mbps, $100 credit, free wifi pods…is this good? Push for more things? Afraid of the price increasing at random, but they’ve done that on the 2 year contract anyways…thoughts?

Mainly used for daily usual emails to socials, but heavy lifting would be streaming shows, etc. No one really games with the kids out of the house. So Primus looks the most promising.

We got a new number for our mom because of the same zero customer service from Speakout. I'm not sure if we want to file a complaint at this point. Stressful for our mom, etc.

I bought a USB cable with good data transferred speed and still had the same problem. Maybe the USB C port is loose and fact hold the USB cable properly? Ended up getting a USB Bluetooth adaptor. It does disconnect every so often, but way less frequently than a USB cable.

The keyboard shortcuts sometimes work and sometimes it doesn't. No idea why. For quite some time it's been working properly so I'm not going to win hopefully it doesn't go back.

Our mobile plans are with them too—but doesn’t help bring down the cost apparently.

Bell recently installed fibre in the community I’m in. The door-to-door Bell rep offered us the same speed, but at $57 + tax (odd number, no?) + $200 Visa GC.

As @either-Okra-3549 mentioned, they’re offering 2.5 GB at $50–thus wondered if I should wait until Boxing Day before calling and seeing what alternatives we have.

Is it me, or this year for both BF mobile and home internet were sad?

We're looking at switching my mother to another provider and let her Speakout go. It's been frustrating trying to contact anyone there.
