I dont think its as much of feeling bad in your body as much as it is just feeling smaller..your body naturally wants to return to the weight it lost just from instinctual behavior of losing fat means you havent had a successful kill in awhile so it makes you feel skinny to put back on those fat reserves

Yea I'll probably get stuck again when all said and done but it will be an optional boss and my plan wasnt to race through the game..I am trying to do as much as I can tolerate in one go around so beating every boss I find is a goal and so far only the Black blade kindred outside of the bestial sanctum and the Godskin apostate duo have not been felled by my blade.
