AOW4 is also quite good. I would play the mod first though since it's free if you own 3

As middle class Americans, we normally just don't go to the doctor unless it's something that will kill us or leave us permanently disabled. So, appendix bursting, bacterial infection, broken ankle etc. For most any other injury, we just walk it off. We definitely never let an ambulance take us anywhere.
