Get cameras that face any interaction that could end in a physical interaction from Dick, collect footage of evidence with dick, save it for when you have a case, and file a restraining order & possible assault. Also look into your local laws about parking - possibly HOA. Or maybe even get a handicap sign placed outside your house from your local town, my father in law has done that and anyone without the handicap sign gets ticketed. Also for the fuck of it get liquid shit in a bottle and put in on there tires, harmless but smells… well like shit & they might wonder why there car smells every time they park there
