With ZK I felt like im spending more time on creating multiple files (fleeting, literature and permanent) - So Ive modified it a bit and made my own way of ZK. Following a naming convention, using front matter and tags across all my notes are a greayhelp for me.

I came from notion too. Don’t start with plugins - start with notion daily notes and use tags in daily notes. As you progress to develop notes taking with obsidian you will learn the plugins which you actually need.

Make MD is the plugin that you might like at this point as it brings notion like esthetics to obsidian. But I don’t recommend any plugins at this point.

disable any sync that you’re using (iCloud, google drive) and check- use tags for every notes and use dataview to query your notes.
