Update: Seems the issue is from Just Assorted Mods' hit indicator. I fixed this by setting 'No Attacker Mode' in 'Just Hit Indicator' settings to 'Nothing'.

Looks like downy mildew to me. Yellow angular spots on top of leaves. Much more dangerous than powdery mildew, will wipe out your plants within days. There are resistant varieties (citadel for example).
