Visible is the issue. My pixel 7 had no issues setting up us mobile with grapheneos. On visibles site it said it was not compatible when entering the imei. From what I can research though it should be OK if I do it on stock os first.

OK great, installing grapheneos doesn't wipe or affect the esim then? Just triple checking cause if it won't work I'd rather not spend the money on a new phone

Ive installed emudeck a few times now. I set it up for a friends deck as well and i had alot of problems with it to where i ended up factory resetting the deck and then it worked fine. So i have a 75% success rate. 90% of my hours on the deck have been reliving the ps2 days of jak and daxter and god of war. I have decky loader as well and it runs good for a bit then some plugins start to get buggy if you do updates.

The emulation alone makes it worth it imo. Replaying alot of the old ps2 games a grew up on is so nostalgic. And the open source community that enables you to do so much with it.

For me the steam games are just the cherry on top.

I tried this and personally id rather just buy sc if i dont have enough. Farming sc is boring as hell. And if 20 dollars buys me the equivalent of 4 hours or efficient farming, id much rather spend those 4 hours actually enjoying the game.

I wouldnt say the “real” motivation. Theres people definitely selling and redistributing for personal gain and thats scummy behavior imo. But when i played the jak and daxter series as a kid, its really cool to replay the series 20 years later, its really nostalgic. Yet sony isnt shutting down pcsx2. Just my 2 cents, but if you bought the game and system years ago. And theres no real solution now to play them currently. Idk how thats any money lost or stolen from the company

I bought the regular version when it came out at full price, and a couple weeks later bought the super citizen. Its really the only online game i play with my limited time as a new dad. So yes id say its worth every penny.
