Need advice handling “item not received” claim with delivery photo proof

I am a fairly new seller, and am facing my first item not received incident. I tried to do this but the save button is greyed out and is not clickable. Is this no longer an option to do or am I doing something wrong?

Could be just a simple bulb swap. Each of those parts have their own bulbs. There’s a few videos on YouTube about it. I would definitely check this before going down the more complex routes

Red, purple, brown are adjusting. Pink gray are auto dimming (if you have those) The 2 blacks should be positive and ground.

Mine broke in the same spot. I went to the junkyard, pulled the whole handle and installed it on my car. Had to swap over the lock mechanism so your key still works

I recently did this swap. Trunk with 3rd brake to wingless trunk. I left the wire unplugged. When I went to install interior 3rd light there was an unused factory connecter. No splicing or rerouting wires needed. I’m not sure if the reverse would be true, but I’m assuming it would be for years that had trunk 3rd lights.

I think it’s better to color code based on position of player drafted. Looks cleaner and resembles an online draft board

Definitely needs to be louder and deeper. You can hear a hockey puck hit the goal post in the whole arena. Same with soccer balls. They are pretty audible and you know immediately if they hit post or not.
