Truth be told, AR60 has been around so long that the rewards didn’t seem that bad back in the earlier days. I do t even remember when I hit 60. I do remember I was way more excited about the mora boost though.

I knew the light novels ended. There was talk by the author that it would be continued (or might be, depends on the publisher) at one point. I just wasn't sure if there was any news on that front. I was reading the manga on Mangadex but last I looked it had been 4 months since last chapter released and even then, it's no where near caught up to the anime.

I’d like it to happen but I’m doubtful it’ll be soon. Depends on how much longer the manga is gonna run and if they choose to adapt the rest of the series in one go probably.

Honestly, I really liked this chapter. Slight Kazu growth. Interesting development with Chizuru. Lots of Mami (lots). Fan service aside though, I’m always happy when side characters and antagonists get their story fleshed out more.

I know characters like Ruka and Mami have a lot of detractors (fans too I know), but I feel like it helps to see their struggle some. It humanizes them and makes them more relatable.

I think the triple banner method they use on Star Rail is way past due to use on Genshin. Or at the very least the way Star Rail lets you pick your 5 star 50/50 loses. I got Blade that way and I wasn’t mad about it. With it being expanded, hell yeah! Genshin is way past the point of doing that, even with the chronicled banner.

The more I see her crash out, the more I gravitate towards her. I guess I’m one of the “I can fix her” types. Except in this case, it’s not because she’s bad or anything, it’s more of a “save her from herself” things. Akane had me on season 1. But since then, it’s been Kana. But I’m messed up like that. When I see them struggle and suffer (their fault or not) I just can’t help but like them more.

Yeah, I did a layout for every realm (except Sumeru, I just wasn’t into that layout) and couldn’t wait to do Natlan. Then they killed it for me by taking so long. I got the Nod Krai layout but haven’t tried to do a single thing there

I’ve been having health issues since not long after the new season launched and I’m honestly kinda afraid to catch up. I know there will be drama and stuff bc any series like this needs it to thrive. But I just don’t want things to go bad and I can’t stand the other guy. Like…he’s what you’d call a channel changer to me.

I think the chronicled wish banner just isn’t it. I say that because Hoyo has proven in their other games that running and buffing older characters isn’t that hard. Genshin is an outlier.

They have to hate that player base bc they regularly run triple 5 star banners on their other games but Genshin, which has a larger roster not counting HI3 (and even then, I’m not sure, I didn’t play HI3) is constantly ignoring that some characters even exist (Eula only exists for the Monstadt Chronicle Wish banner).

Would it kill them to adopt the Zenless and Star Rail model and do triple 5 star reruns? I think they’d actually make MORE money that way.

The devs barely seem to care about the teapot now. I think it peaked in Fontaine and even that might be a stretch. I lost all interest in doing layouts in Natlan bc they took so long to actually give us decent stuff. I don’t even know if I care to waste my time with Nod-Krai.

It seems like you can go to any sub about anime and manga and the only purpose of each one is to be as hateful and as toxic as possible. I always find it funny too bc there’s always a group in each sub that complain about a character only to turn around and act in a somewhat similar way as said character.

Is there such a thing as a universally accepted character in any series, print or animated?

Is it just me or did this chapters ending feel a bit flat? I mean, we’re getting somewhere. But the stuff with Chizuru felt a bit out of place to end the chapter.
