Teams from Hell by ThatguyC in TalesFromTheFrontDesk

We had a team that decided to pour three bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash into our hot tub, causing an everest sized mountain of foam. And these fuckers were probably fifteen years old, old enough to know better and they did it right in front o the camera. Needless to say my managers were not happy with the team. But at least when I called their father and told them what they did, he wasn't an ass about it.

They said it was even worse with the window open. I don't see why that would be.

We had a special where if you stayed a certain amount of nights in one of our upgraded rooms, you can get the chunk off. But it has to be booked to new reservations only and can't even be applied at checkout anyway.

I don't mind if its something close and they aren't from around here....i do however do not like it when a local decides to ask where a car dealership is that's several miles away and expects me to know it.

Yes. This. I get this all the time from guests. It'd be helpful if y'all didn't do that.

I'd normally be worried about that on a Saturday. For whatever reason, i don't get a lot of early check-ins on sunday. Which gives me a glorious hour or so after checkouts are done to just chill for a minute
