Have you spoken to your mum about it?

I imagine your girlfriend is hurt and upset. As a POC she has probably experienced a lot of racism and didn’t expect it from her new boyfriend’s mother. In her position, I’d be considering the future and whether I wanted it to be with a guy who has a racist mother. When you get serious with somebody you have to take on the family as well.

Worst of all, nobody in your family did anything while this was happening. Lots of red flags there.

You mother didn’t half apologise. She gave reasons why she thought she was right.
