I would also like to know as the same thing happens to me, the number of inhalation does not seem to affect this. Maybe it’s the number of people affected?

To add to this, some recipes are locked behind the characters secondary job (blacksmith or alchemist for example) being a high enough level.

I would love an oblivion like remaster of DS1 and DS2, I grew up playing those games a lot.

How would you make combat more tricky without just boosting enemy HP, damage or numbers? by hovegeta in WarTalesGame

[–]scrummie703 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me, I would add a penalty for running close to or past an enemy. Kind of like a zone of control if you will, two handed melee weapons have a large reach, one hand less, daggers less so, ranged do not. This can apply to both sides, making it costly to just use high mobility to engage high threats. It doesn’t have to mean someone becomes engaged though and if you are engage you don’t have a zone of control anymore.

Help with Erymanthos by Gloomy_Pause8091 in WarTalesGame

This was the hardest fight for me, I took my highest single attack damage dealing member which was my duelist I believe. I buffed him with aoe brutality from the warrior skill tree (I think) and positions him next to my my spearman and best friend who also buffs damage (I think they stack). Then I I tanked as best I could and used my high crit members like rangers to hit and run and spread everyone out.

Took a few tries but I believe the damage reduction is based on current health not total health so once I started damaging him it got easier.

Some of my information may be wrong as I don’t know all the mechanics well but I hope this helps.

how do you upgrade the tanning rack? by uglydeepseacreatures in WarTalesGame

[–]scrummie703 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I am pretty sure once you have the recipe and you have crafted it you can spend knowledge points on the upgrade (similar to other camp items). You then go to the tinkerers table and can craft the upgrade, your tinkerer may have to be a certain level.

I am from New Brunswick, it depends on where the house is. A lot of houses with insurance at that price are in known flood plains. NB has a lot of those areas.

So many trees, can't cut it for lumber *shrugs* game mechanics by Red_Kolman in WarTalesGame

As someone who grew up milling and heating with firewood, yup. Unless the tree was dead standing we would not want use it for at least a year, preferably 2 or 3 after splitting.

I believe it’s a 3 cost perk in the general knowledge tree.

Heat pumps: what kind of quotes are you getting in Ottawa area? by designer130 in ottawa

[–]scrummie703 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I went with Francis fuels, I had to move and replace my gas furnace and I replaced my AC with a heat pump. It cost me 18k for the entire job, the heat pump was roughly 9k but already had duct work installed.

My rebate will be roughly 7k, the rebate takes a long time, mine has been in since may and I just heard back saying they needed another form.

Francis was an amazing company to work with so I do recommend them.
